Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark, Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our team and assist with various human resources functions. The HR Administrator will work closely with the HR lead to provide administrative support and ensure smooth operations within the HR department.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the business in all aspects of human resources administration, including

  • Onboarding audits, employee relations, and benefits administration.

  • Coordinate new employee onboarding, including running new hire

  • Background checks and assisting with benefits enrollment.

  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

  • Process employee changes, including promotions, transfers, and terminations, and update HR databases accordingly. 

  • Oversee benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations, and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries.

  • Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and employee handbooks.

  • Assist with employee relations matters, including questions and concerns.

  • Coordinate training and development activities, including scheduling training sessions, tracking employee participation, and maintaining training records.

  • Ensure employee credentials stay up to date. Send reminders, upload credentials when turned in, and communicate with operations prior to expiration of field employee credentials.

  • Perform daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly duties as listed in Monday.com

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including answering phones, responding to emails, and filing paperwork.


What We’re Looking For: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

  • Previous experience in human resources administration or a related role is required

  • US HR experience required

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping

  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software

  • Experience with ADP software is a plus

  • Experience with automation tools or process automation is a plus

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines

  • Home health industry experience is a plus
