What You'll Do:
Manage and grow your own portfolio of distributor accounts
Keep in regular contact through calls, emails, and meetings
Deliver exceptional service that builds loyalty and repeat business
Identify opportunities to expand accounts and increase engagement
Assist with proposals, quotes, and product recommendations
Help bring creative branding ideas to life
Guide clients from initial enquiry through to final delivery
Collaborate with internal teams and freight partners to ensure smooth execution
Resolve challenges with professionalism and confidence
What We're Looking For:
At least 2–3 years' experience in account management or customer service
Must have excellent written and verbal English, with clear communication skills
Must exhibit strong attention to detail
Confidence in handling challenging conversations across a range of communication channels (email, phone, and face-to-face)
Empathetic approach with solid negotiation skills
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Excellent organisation and multitasking ability
Adaptability in a fast-changing environment
Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)
A positive, team-oriented attitude
Experience in B2B sales, promotional products, or branding
Exposure to distributor or reseller networks
Experience working with offshore or AU/NZ clients
