What You'll Do:

    • Manage and grow your own portfolio of distributor accounts

    • Keep in regular contact through calls, emails, and meetings

    • Deliver exceptional service that builds loyalty and repeat business

    • Identify opportunities to expand accounts and increase engagement

    • Assist with proposals, quotes, and product recommendations

    • Help bring creative branding ideas to life

    • Guide clients from initial enquiry through to final delivery

    • Collaborate with internal teams and freight partners to ensure smooth execution

    • Resolve challenges with professionalism and confidence

What We're Looking For:

    • At least 2–3 years' experience in account management or customer service

    • Must have excellent written and verbal English, with clear communication skills

    • Must exhibit strong attention to detail

    • Confidence in handling challenging conversations across a range of communication channels (email, phone, and face-to-face)

    • Empathetic approach with solid negotiation skills

    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

    • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

    • Excellent organisation and multitasking ability

    • Adaptability in a fast-changing environment

    • Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)

    • A positive, team-oriented attitude

    • Experience in B2B sales, promotional products, or branding

    • Exposure to distributor or reseller networks

    • Experience working with offshore or AU/NZ clients
