Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

This role supports the creative team by producing written content that complements visual storytelling in video editing and photography. The writer/researcher helps shape brand messaging, educates audiences, and enhances marketing efforts through well-researched, engaging copy.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop high-quality written content for diverse purposes, including blog posts, articles, marketing materials, and more

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, maintains consistency, and effectively communicates key messages

  • Manage and administer social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followership

  • Plan and curate content specifically tailored for social media platforms, ensuring it is engaging, shareable, and aligned with the overall brand strategy

  • Implement and manage a content calendar to maintain a consistent online presence

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels in a timely and professional manner

  • Cultivate and nurture a positive online community around our brand

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and public relations, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to content creation and social media management

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather information and insights for content development


What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Literature, Journalism, or a related field

  • Proven experience in content creation and social media management

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail

  • Familiarity with social media trends, platforms, and best practices

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in using social media management tools
