Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark, Pampanga
Quick Rundown:
We need an Apparel Support Specialist to handle quoting, inventory checks, product substitutions, and daily apparel inquiries while coordinating with suppliers, decorators, and account managers. Strong communication, organization, Excel/Outlook skills, and familiarity with apparel processes are essential.
What You’ll Do:
Provide support to the Apparel Manager in daily tasks including quoting and addressing sales team inquiries related to apparel
Monitor inventory levels of placed orders and make product substitutions based on availability
Assist account managers by suggesting suitable product options and alternatives
Organize and manage email inquiries and order requests efficiently
Cultivate professional relationships with suppliers and decorators
Ensure timely sending and receiving of accurate apparel quotes and inquiries using appropriate templates
Maintain effective communication with account managers, procurement, decorators, and suppliers
What We're Looking For:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively
Proficient in basic math for accurate calculations
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Outlook
Self-motivated with exceptional time management skills
Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Ability to work both independently and as part of a global and local team
Familiarity with apparel, decoration processes, and current fashion trends
Willingness to adapt to evolving role responsibilities and contribute to various business areas when needed
