Quick Rundown:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales and customer service operations within the promotional products industry. This role involves sourcing, quoting, coordinating production requests, and maintaining strong communication between clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
What You'll Do:
Prepare sales quotes and source products from Australian-based suppliers and decorators
Support 1-2 Senior Account Managers with day-to-day sales activities
Raise and manage job orders for production and graphic design teams
Maintain regular communication with clients and internal sales teams via email and calls
Attend online sales, production meetings, and product training sessions
Ensure accuracy, speed, and attention to detail in all tasks
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in the promotional products industry (sales or production)
Experience supporting Australian clients preferred (US supplier/distributor experience also considered)
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience using Oracle NetSuite is required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Customer-focused with good relationship management
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Proactive and reliable with a high level of accountability
