Schedule: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PHT

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a highly organised and commercially minded Quote Specialist to join our Sales Quotations Team. This role is responsible for producing a high volume of accurate, compelling quotations from inbound web inquiries each day.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and deliver a high daily volume of customer quotations from inbound web inquiries

• Meet or exceed daily quote targets (adjusted for seasonal demand)

• Ensure all quotations are accurate, professionally presented, and aligned with company standards

• Apply correct pricing structures while maintaining competitive margins against supplier costs

• Select appropriate products based on customer requirements, branding needs, budget, and timelines

• Maintain a balance between quote speed and quote quality

• Identify upsell / cross sell opportunities and enhance each quotation accordingly

• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to obtain accurate pricing, stock, and lead times

• Maintain clear records of quotes issued and follow established workflow processes

• Support continuous improvement of quoting processes and templates

• Use correct follow up procedure and template guidelines from initial quotation

• Liaise with sales team for detailed handover of appropriate accounts

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in quotations, sales support, or inside sales roles

• Experience in B2B or promotional merchandise industries

• Familiarity with CRM or quoting systems

• Understanding of margin management and supplier pricing

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work quickly without compromising quality

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills

• Commercial awareness and confidence working with pricing

• Strong written communication skills

• Ability to interpret customer requirements from brief inquiries

• Comfortable working with systems, templates, and structured processes

• Resilient under high workload conditions

• Ability to identify the best suppliers for the inquiry
