Position Title: Planning Specialist II

Work Set Up: Onsite

Schedule: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

The Planning Specialist II will assist with reviewing material requirements and determining the quantity and date materials are needed to ensure efficient production. The Planning Specialist II will play a key part in supporting the Production Planning team and maintaining our inventory levels.

What You’ll Do:

Planning/Scheduling Support

  • Supports the Planning and Scheduling team by reviewing planning data and confirming which orders are necessary for the production week for the core rework

  • Reviews raw material availability and timing to make sure it aligns with the schedules including core, pillow, and pre work

  • Assists with review of previous weeks production metrics

  • Participates in review of weekly assigned planning

  • Creates work orders

  • Reviews weekly production plan with the Sr. Production Planning Manager

Rollouts

  • Performs data entry including initial startup as defined by the planning team and completes any necessary follow up

Order Review

  • Reviews the AM, PM and manual shortages on a daily basis and recommends next steps based on Finished Goods (FG) availability

Data Integrity

  • Reviews data entry as needed to ensure item setup standards are met

Tracking & Inventory

  • Tracks core overstock progress and maintains necessary spreadsheets

  • Monitors end of life cycle as assigned

  • Assists with monitoring obsolete inventory using ATC database and reports

  • Runs customer on hand reports to determine inventory status

Capacity

  • Assists management with El Salvador capacity smoothing when necessary



What We’re Looking For:

  • High School Diploma is required; Associate’s degree in business or a related field is preferred

  • 2+ years of planning and logistics or related experience is required

  • Previous ERP experience is a plus

  • Intermediate computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Multitasking with an ability to meet deadlines

  • Problem solving capabilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to simultaneously handle multiple tasks

  • Intermediate math and analytical skills
