Position Title: Senior NOC 1 Team Leader

Schedule: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM PHT
Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark, Pampanga
Quick Rundown:
The Sr. NOC 1 Team Leader oversees NOC Engineers during their assigned shift, ensures adherence to processes, manages ticket flow, and provides foundational troubleshooting. This role requires basic knowledge of networks, systems, and common PC applications, combined with strong coordination and leadership skills.
What Youll Do:
Team Leadership & Oversight
Supervise assigned NOC Engineers during the shift.
- Manage workload distribution, task assignments, and ticket prioritization.
Act as the first escalation point for basic incidents.
Manage breaks, attendance, and adherence to shift procedures.
Operational & Technical Tasks
Monitor alerts and system events through NOC tools.
Review and manage incoming tickets to ensure timely resolution
- Provide basic troubleshooting for network, system, and communication issues.
Document work performed and ensure accurate ticket updates.
Shift Supervision & Support
Support NOC leaders in managing shift operations.
Act as shift supervisor when designated.
Review tickets for quality, SLA compliance, and escalation validity.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
Reporting & Communication
- Send daily shift reports to the manager, including ticket status, incidents, and shift activities
- Escalate concerns, recurring issues, or potential risks immediately to Sr. NOC 2, Sr. NOC 3, or management.
Maintain proper shift handover documentation.
- Participate in weekly check-ins with the manager when required.
What We're Looking For:
- Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), systems, and troubleshooting.
- Experience using monitoring tools and service desk platforms.
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- 1-2 years of NOC or similar operational experience.
