Position Title: Artwork & Admin Support Specialist

Work Set Up: On-site

Schedule: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are seeking an experienced Artworker with strong Adobe Illustrator proficiency to support our promotional products operations. This role is primarily focused on creating accurate product mockups using existing templates and approved logos, while also handling supporting administrative tasks such as invoice preparation and order-related documentation.This is not a graphic design or concept-driven role. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable working within established templates and production standards.

What You’ll Do:

Artwork & Mockups (Primary Responsibility

  • Create product mockups using client-provided logos and existing templates
  • Ensure artwork is production- and print-ready, following brand and product guidelines
  • Revise artwork based on internal and client feedback

  • Maintain accuracy in layout, sizing, and visual presentation

  • Support artwork review and approval workflows

Administrative Support (Secondary Responsibility

  • Assist with invoice preparation and basic administrative documentation
  • Support order processing and internal coordination

  • Maintain organized digital files for artwork and administrative records

  • Follow established processes and workflows (training provided)


What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (essential)

  • Proven experience as an Artworker (not a Graphic Designer)

  • Experience working with product templates and approved artwork

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to follow structured processes and instructions

  • Comfortable balancing creative work with administrative tasks

  • Experience in the promotional products industry

  • Familiarity with production and print-ready artwork standards

  • Exposure to invoicing or order-related administrative tasks
