Quick Rundown:
We are looking for a Graphic Designer in our Graphics Department to join our team. If you or someone you know is passionate about promotional items, self-motivated and would like to work for one of the leading companies in the industry
What You’ll Do:
Verifying usability of customer artwork (which is usually a company logo), placing and sizing the artwork on product templates, applying color(s) or effects(s) to the artwork, and sending digital proofs to the customer.
Our task is more technical than creative.
Our creativity only comes down when suggesting suitable layout options while taking into consideration customer logo guidelines for artwork that could possibly lose details or be blocked due to restricted imprint areas or artwork complexity.
Prepare the vectorized artwork file for our different printing processes.
Setting up/exporting prepress files according to our different printing processes and according to established guidelines for the factory.
Be able to redraw a vector artwork from a rasterized image if requested.
Occasionally, answering emails from the customer service team concerning the usability of artwork and other customer order issues.
What We’re Looking For:
Certificate in Graphic Design or previous related/relevant experience.
Min. 2-3 years of relevant graphics experience.
Details-oriented, resourceful, responsible, accurate, and conscientious.
Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
Exceptional team player, we are a great team that communicates a lot and helps each other.
Experience working with CorelDRAW 24 and Illustrator 2025 for the PC platform. We work mainly with clients’ vector files, and we need to be able to dissect their artwork files.
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be punctual, and reliable
