Location: Barcelona, Spain (on-site)
Contract Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to 24,000 gross/year (based on experience)
Work Schedule: 38.5 hours/week
Shifts: Fixed Morning (08:0016:00) or Afternoon (16:0000:00), including weekends with two consecutive days off

About the Role

As a Content Moderator, youll be responsible for reviewing and analyzing user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies. You'll help maintain a positive digital experience by identifying and addressing inappropriate or harmful content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and moderate online content in accordance with community guidelines

  • Identify violations and escalate when necessary

  • Maintain quality and efficiency in review workflows

  • Support process improvement through team collaboration

Candidate Profile

  • Proficiency in German at native or near-native level (C1/C2)

  • Comfortable with written and spoken English in a professional setting

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive material

  • Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or contact centers is a plus

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
