About the job Community manager (stage) 2
Clariter group, a company operating in the market of B2C services through Crowdsourcing, is looking for a Community Manager to be included in the Crowdsourcing Best Practice Team.
The working context:
Crowdville has a community of thousands of active users who perform daily activities on the Company's platform.
Reporting to the Best practice Project Manager, the Community Manager will have the chance to offer paid opportunities to the community members. The members of the community get paid to test and evaluate digital products online.
Key responsibilities:
Setting-up and management of weekly Activities where usual tasks are:
· Understanding activities requirements, recruiting specific people through email, monitoring the activities and reporting results;
· Managing the needs of the participants, creating, moderating and increasing communication between the participants;
· Increasing community members through deals with other online communities, social media posts and other strategies.
· Writing posts on the Company's social media platform and on the most common social networks.
Must have Requirements:
· Very good knowledge of Italian & English languages;
· Good knowledge of Microsoft office Excel;
· Have passion or experience with Social Media and community management;
· Other key features are: flexibility and the skill to think outside the box, Problem solving skills and crisis management;
Nice to have Requirements:
· Knowledge of Big Data and digital marketing;
· Experience within the digital marketing environment and experience with managing a large online community;
· Fluent knowledge of Portuguese;
· Multidisciplinary culture related to areas such as communications, PR, web 2.0.
