Clariter group, a company operating in the market of B2C services through Crowdsourcing, is looking for a Marketing & Community Manager to be included in the Crowdsourcing Best Practice Team.
The working context:
Being a Community Manager in Crowdville is exciting and fun.
Crowdville has a community of thousands of active users who perform daily activities on the Company's platform.
Reporting to the Best practice Project Manager, the Community Manager will have the chance to offer paid opportunities to the community members. The members of the community get paid to test and evaluate digital products online.
Key responsibilities:
Setting-up and management of weekly campaigns where usual activities are:
· Understanding campaign requirements, recruiting specific people through email, marketing campaigns and social media advertising;
· Managing the needs of the participants, creating, moderating and increasing
communication between the participants;
· Increasing community members through deals with other online communities, social media advertisement, other strategies.
· Writing posts on the Company's social media platform and on the most common social networks.
Must have Requirements:
· Very good knowledge of English and Italian language;
· Have a bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication or similar;
· Have passion or experience with Social Media and online marketing;
· Other key features are flexibility and the skill to think outside the box;
· Knowledge of big data, digital marketing campaigns and advertisement;
· Problem solving skills, crisis management, information, relationships and conflicts
management.
Nice to have Requirements:
· Fluent knowledge of Portuguese will be a plus;
· Experience within the digital marketing environment and experience with managing a large online community;
· The ideal Community Manager must have multidisciplinary culture related to areas such as communications, PR, web 2.0.
