Key Responsibilities

  • Design Leadership: Establish a creative standard and design vision that aligns with our firms strategic goals, engaging our design teams in delivering innovative and client-centric solutions across multiple market sectors.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with other office leaders and directors to ensure design strategies align with business and profitability goals.
  • Community and Professional Engagement: Actively participate in local and national professional organizations, enhancing our firms community standing and professional relationships.
  • Operational Oversight: Contribute to practice scheduling, budgeting, and strategic planning to foster growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Over 15 years of experience in Electrical Engineering Design, with significant leadership roles.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Tennessee licensure preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Demonstrated experience in sustainable design, comprehensive design processes, and all phases of project design and administration.
