Qualifications: Bachelors degree in architecture

Company is a comprehensive architectural and interior design firm, they are seeking an individual with the right skills to lead and support their team effectively. The ideal candidate will bring strategic planning and team leadership expertise, serve as a community liaison for collaboration, recruiting, and business development, and undertake various responsibilities including managing the firm, preparing project schedules and budgets, and mentoring junior staff. Key duties also involve coordinating project teams, developing client relationships, advising staff on technical decisions, and participating in the development of design solutions.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

· Entrepreneurial mindset

· Self-motivated and team-oriented

· Foster new client relationships for practice growth in the southwest Florida region

· Consult with clients to evaluate their desires/needs and develop designs aligned with their goals

· Oversee the design process to ensure quality in creative and technical solutions

· Communicate effectively with clients and project team members/consultants to meet project objectives

· Coordinate with engineering consultants on design and system interactions

· Prepare project proposals and contracts

· Results-oriented, capable of managing multiple team members on complex projects

· Research and apply building codes, planning, zoning regulations, and standards

· Develop schedules and budgets for multiple projects

· Research products and technologies for project applicability.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Bachelors degree in architecture

· Architecture licensure in Florida is required

· 10+ years of project management as a registered architect

· Proven understanding of building design and tectonics

· Excellent listening and communication skills, including public presentations

· Self-motivated team player with a natural ability to establish good working relationships

· Prior supervisory experience preferred

· After-hour activities may be required from time to time

· REVIT / BIM Experience is must
