Job Description

Join our innovative team as a Senior Mechanical Systems Engineer where you will specialize in the precision design and modeling of complex mechanical systems. This role requires a high level of expertise in 3D modeling software and a passion for modular construction and prefabrication.

Responsibilities

  • Design and Development: Design and model building mechanical systems to a fabrication level of detail using advanced 3D modeling software.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside a diverse team of architects, manufacturing engineers, and industrial designers to develop and validate prefabricated MEP components.
  • Technical Documentation: Produce detailed shop drawings, assembly drawings, and comprehensive materials lists for HVAC systems.
  • Project Coordination: Ensure seamless integration of mechanical components with broader building projects, coordinating closely with various internal and external teams.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Apply your knowledge to innovate and improve mechanical solutions, staying ahead of industry trends and standards.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on mechanical systems design.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Catia, or similar 3D modeling software.
  • Experience in modular construction or prefabrication highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
