Job Overview: We are seeking a talented associate to join our Government Investigations and White-Collar Defense Practice Group in our Boston, MA office. Our team has extensive proficiency in counseling, investigating, defending, and litigating all forms of government inquiries. We provide comprehensive services to individuals and organizations that receive civil investigative demands, subpoenas, or any other requests for information from federal and state prosecutors or investigative agencies.
Responsibilities:
- Counsel clients on matters related to government investigations and white-collar defense.
- Handle cases from the investigation and grand jury stages through trial and, if necessary, appeal and collateral proceedings.
- Manage civil investigative demands, subpoenas, and other requests for information.
- Provide representation in government enforcement litigation and related complex civil fraud litigation.
- Draft and advocate in written submissions to various legal forums.
Qualifications:
- Two to four years of relevant experience.
- Strong writing and analytical skills.
- Completion of a clerkship preferred.
- Demonstrated written advocacy experience in the defense of government investigations and related litigation.
- Massachusetts State Bar admission is required.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Superb judgment and communication skills.
- Commitment to providing excellent client services.
Salary: The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $225,000 to $275,000, in accordance with applicable Federal and State laws.
