Job Description
Skills: Civil Litigation, Trial Advocacy, Legal Analysis, 1 year experience in tort litigation, and an active NV bar license is mandatory
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the NV bar association
- At least 1 year of experience in tort litigation
- Strong research and writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Prior experience in a law firm or legal setting is preferred but not required
Duties:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
- Assist in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions
- Review and analyze documents for discovery purposes
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Attend court proceedings and assist with trial preparation
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervising attorneys

Our client, a litigation firm, is seeking Associate Attorneys with 0-4 years of experience.
