Summary

A Day Porter is responsible for keeping the building clean, orderly, and well-maintained during the day. The role includes performing general maintenance and upkeep across both floors of the building, along with other related duties as needed.

This position will serve as a backfill for team members during vacations and other planned time off. As a result, the work will be intermittent, and there will not be continuous or consistent work.

Responsibilities

Responsible for performing general cleaning and light maintenance duties throughout both floors of the building. Duties may include maintaining cleanliness and appearance of common areas, restrooms, offices, and other assigned spaces; restocking supplies; removing trash; addressing minor maintenance needs; and assisting with other building-related tasks as needed.
