Summary

We are looking for a Senior Ab Initio Developer with strong experience in Ab Initio development, administration, ETL, data transformation, SQL, and Unix/Linux. The ideal candidate will also have strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to lead technical issue resolution.

Location: Dallas, TX – Onsite
​Relocation: Candidates willing to relocate to Dallas will be considered.

Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, debug, and maintain Ab Initio graphs and ETL workflows.
2. Perform Ab Initio administration and configuration activities.
3. Develop complex data transformations and data cleansing processes.
4. Write and optimize SQL queries for relational databases.
5. Use Unix/Linux scripting and commands to support development and production activities.
6. Troubleshoot application and data issues and drive timely resolution.
7. Lead technical discussions and collaborate with development, data, and business teams.

Requirements

1. Strong experience developing, debugging, and maintaining Ab Initio graphs.
2. Hands-on experience with Ab Initio administration, including:
3. Strong understanding of ETL processes and best practices.
4. Experience with complex data transformation, cleansing, and integration.
5. Strong Unix/Linux skills, including commands and scripting.
6. Strong SQL skills with relational databases such as Oracle and Teradata.
7. Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug Ab Initio applications.
8. Strong communication and team leadership skills.
