Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour

Shift Patterns:

• 06:00 – 18:00

• 18:00 – 06:00

Days/Nights:

• Days and nights required

• Including weekends

We are currently recruiting Dedicated Relief Security Officers on behalf of a prestigious corporate and sporting site based in the Burton-on-Trent area.

This is a flexible relief role, ideal for officers who are confident working across days, nights, and weekends, with the opportunity to progress into a full-time core position in the near future.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide relief cover for annual leave, sickness, stewarding events, and additional operational requirements

• Work to the same standards as the site's core security team

• Maintain a professional and customer-focused presence at all times

• Support a high-profile corporate and sporting environment

Full site training will be provided. Due to potential staffing changes, this role may lead to a permanent core position.

In addition to this site, successful applicants may also be offered work across the local geographical area, including:

• Birmingham

• Coventry

• Wider West Midlands

Requirements

• Valid SIA Licence

• Must hold a full UK driving licence (officers may be required to drive a site vehicle)

• Flexible to work days, nights, and weekends
