Our client, a well-established law firm with a strong reputation in the commercial and agricultural sectors, is seeking a skilled Commercial Litigation Solicitor with expertise in agricultural property to join their team.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of commercial disputes, with a focus on agricultural property matters, providing expert legal advice to rural businesses, landowners, and farmers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle commercial litigation, including contract and partnership disputes.
• Manage agricultural property cases (tenancies, land rights, boundary issues).
• Advise clients on agricultural holdings and rural property transactions.
• Utilize dispute resolution strategies like mediation and arbitration.
• Contribute to business development and work closely with internal teams.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor with 3-5 years' PQE in commercial litigation and agricultural property law.
• In-depth knowledge of agricultural law and property disputes.
• Strong litigation experience and client relationship skills.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
