Salary : £23000-£25000 plus commission

Our client is a leading independent agency based in and around Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. They are a leading independent run Agency who provide a high quality, reliable and efficient service that exceeds the expectations of  clients.

 Sales Negotiator

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Negotiate offers and work towards successful completion.
• Work alongside your team members to achieve greater results.
• Maintaining accurate records.
• Reviewing sales performance.,
• Working towards monthly or annual targets.
• Provide clients with costings.

The Rewards
Earnings will comprise a basic salary plus commission and bonuses with an OTE in excess of £30,000pa

Requirements:

• Persuasive.
• Positive communicator with good listening skills.
• Have a thirst and regular interest in LEARNING.
• Closing skills.
• Attention to detail and thorough.
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to different situations.
• Focused on Customer Service to ensure all clients are lavished and impressed.
