Role: Control Room & Patrol Officer (mobile unit) CB2

Hours: 2010-0810 (Monday- Saturday) and 1650-0810 (Sunday)

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off Nights

Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour

Location: CB2

Our customer is a female-majority board leading in diversity and inclusivity across the security industry. Providing professional integrated bespoke security and facilities management services across an array of sectors, including educational settings, student accommodation, healthcare, charitable, corporate / estate management, Logistics and distribution, social housing, utilities, and shopping centres / retail parks.

Duties:

This is a split role, with half the shift within the car park control room at the Shopping Centre and the other half operating as a patrol officer for numerous locations, which include several car parks, the crematorium, cemetery and office buildings.

The mobile element involves use of a patrol vehicle and scanning points / submitting reports.

The control room element involves CCTV monitoring, car park ticket machine queries and response and barrier control

Requirements:

• Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
• Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
• DS licence is essential for the role
• Must hold a UK driving licence
