Role Overview

Our client is seeking a newly qualified Legal Executive or Solicitor (up to 3 years PQE) to join their Wills, Trusts, and Probate team as a Junior Fee Earner. This role is fully office-based and ideal for a candidate passionate about private client work, who values strong client care, organization, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling a variety of private client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, estate administration, and powers of attorney.
  • Managing and prioritizing a caseload, ensuring that all work is completed accurately and within required deadlines.
  • Providing clear, concise, and professional advice to clients, maintaining high standards of client care.
  • Assisting with drafting documents and correspondence, while ensuring compliance with legal and firm standards.
  • Liaising effectively with clients, colleagues, and third-party professionals to maintain smooth workflow and client satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Qualifications: Newly qualified Legal Executive or Solicitor with up to 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE).
  • Experience: Solid understanding and hands-on experience in private client matters, particularly in wills, trusts, and probate.
