College Campus Security Officers - North London

Pay rate: £12.22 per hour

Our customer is a forward-thinking privately-owned company who are a leading provider of professional integrated bespoke security and facilities management services, giving their clients a flexible and scalable approach to addressing their security and FM requirements in their businesses across an array of sectors including educational settings / student accommodation, healthcare, charitable, corporate / estate management, warehouse / distribution, social housing, utilities, shopping centres / retail parks.

Various Shift times Available:

Monday to Thursday 10:00 to 22:00 & Friday 11:00 to 19:00

Saturday 07:30 to 15:30 or 07:00 to 15:00

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday must be able to work Saturdays on a rota basis

You will be an ambassador of the Company and Client to the public and employees therefore this role demands professional approach dealing with all security related issues in a calm professional manner.

Campus Security Officer duties:

• Although situated at Southgate, must be happy if required to cover other campuses in the surrounding locations as and when needed
• Southgate campus is mainly outside, must be happy spending 90% of day outside
• Access and egress and checking of all passes on campus
• Carrying out patrols
• Undertake the locking and unlocking of the building
• Car park duties

Essential Experience:

• Smart, Professional and inspire confidence to our clients
• Good communication skills on all levels from Students to Senior Management
• Confident in conflict management
• Strong work ethic and proactive mindset to resolve all concerns to client expectation
• Security Officers must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence and First aid at work
• Hold an Enhanced DBS or be happy to have one completed
