Fleet & Office Administrator - Part Time (22.5 hours per week)
Glinton Peterborough
Key responsibilities:
- Working closely with the fleet management provider to administer the company fleet and act as the point of any escalation
- Liaising with drivers of fleet vehicles and insurance provider where required
- Ensuring fleet inductions are carried out with all employees in a company vehicle
- Ensure condition reports of vehicles are being carried out and follow up actions completed
- Provide weekly update information on the status of the fleet
- Main point of contact for Waterworks Lane facility issues.
- Liaising with contractors / employees to ensure the maintenance of Waterworks Lane site and assets

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels
- Resilient to set-backs and able to consider, with a positive approach, other avenues to achieve goals when met with challenges.
- Proactive in processes to be a forward-thinker to meet the needs of the customer, taking ownership when issues arise and knowing who is appropriate to involve to resolve.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task whilst maintaining a high attention to detail
