My client is a top-ranked Legal 500 firm seeking a qualified Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their expanding Residential Property department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a broad range of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of freehold and leasehold properties.
• Manage cases from instruction to post-completion, including shared ownership and new build homes.
• Lead a team and support junior colleagues where necessary.
• Maintain and develop strong client and referrer relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' Post-Qualification Experience in residential conveyancing.
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Experience managing a team and mentoring is desirable.
