About the Opportunity

Our client is a reputable firm seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3-5 years Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) to join their expanding Bromsgrove office. This is a newly created role designed to establish a commercial property presence in the area, focusing solely on commercial clients. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload and benefit from support by a dedicated Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary.

Role Responsibilities

  • Independently manage a diverse caseload of commercial property matters.
  • Provide knowledgeable and timely advice to clients on all aspects of commercial property transactions, with limited involvement in residential property, only as it relates to housing developments or site setups.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing commercial clients, contributing trusted industry contacts and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive team, demonstrating strong communication and organisational skills to help expand the firms reputation in Bromsgrove.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years PQE in commercial property law, with a proven record of managing independent caseloads effectively.
  • Comprehensive understanding of commercial property law and a client-focused approach to legal service delivery.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and work effectively within a team setting.
  • Resides within a reasonable commute to Bromsgrove. Primarily office-based with the potential for 1 remote day per week if required.
