Day Mobile Co-ordinator
Location: Greenwich Head Office and Ashford Head Office
Hours / Days: Monday Friday days; 0800 1700 hours (however, this may vary depending on the operational need.)
Pay Rate: £30,500 per annum plus bonus based on profit to be agreed

Our client are a significant company in the Facilities Management world and are built up of a number of operating companies who are specialists in either their service line and/or geographic location across the UK.
Job Purpose:
An experienced individual with strong knowledge of the Security Industry. The position requires a flexible approach to meet the fluctuating demands of the business. The position requires close communication with the Mobile Team, Control Room, and Clients.
My client is a 24 hour business, with our Mobile Security Services being a big part of the operation. Ensuring that lock and unlock, mobile patrols and alarm responses are responded to in a timely and professional manner is a key role for the Mobile Services. It is imperative that the Mobile Team runs smoothly for the success of the business.
The Day Mobile Co-ordinator will be responsible for dealing with any Client queries and dealing with all requests during the day for lock, unlock, VPI, alarm activations and additional requests in Kent and London. They also must report to the Mobile Operations Director regarding any issues with staff carrying out their role as required and are pro-active in their duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out day requests either booked or ad hoc, including but not limited to:- lock, unlocks, VPIs and patrols
- Carry out key audits on a frequent basis as agreed with the Mobile Operations Director
- Dealing with Client requests and changes at a short notice promptly and efficiently
- Checking that all app forms have been completed and completing any forms that aren't done
- Checking all trackers and forms on Smarttask and reporting to Mobile Operations Director any issues
- Assisting with any vehicle issues in Kent or London, including taking them to a garage
- Assisting with smarttask to ensure all runsheets, sites and assignment instructions are correctly loaded
- Ensure strong relationships are built with sub-contractors
- Ensure great communication with all team members
The Individual:
- SIA License and DBS check
- Exceptional attendance
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication. This includes responding to emails and verbal requests in a timely and efficient manner
- An ability to work to tight deadlines and to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of computer programs (MS Office)
- Knowledge / experience is preferred
The duties contained are not exhaustive or exclusive and duties of a similar nature will be required to be completed.
The Day Mobile Co-ordinator reports to the Mobile Operations Director. The Day Mobile Co-ordinator needs to be able to work on their own.
The post requires a high level of discretion in the handling of confidential matters and the ability to maintain complete confidentiality on the content of the Company business, personnel issues.
