Security Concierge (Residential)
Location: Butetown, Cardiff, CF10 5
Pay Rate: £13.86 per hour
Hours: Approx. 42 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off – nights only
Shift Times: 20:00 – 08:00

We are currently recruiting Security Concierge Officers on behalf of our client for a brand-new residential development in Butetown, Cardiff. This is a lone-working, front-of-house night role, focused on delivering a professional, customer-led service to residents while maintaining site security.

Key Responsibilities

• Front-of-house concierge and reception duties

• Meeting and greeting residents and visitors

• Handling resident queries in a professional and courteous manner

• Conducting patrols of the building as required

• Monitoring and responding to alarm activations in line with site procedures

• Managing telephone enquiries

• Escalating incidents and issues in accordance with company procedures

• Supporting waste management and ensuring common areas remain clean and tidy throughout the shift

Requirements

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence (preferred)

• Previous experience in a front-of-house or concierge role is desirable

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Confident dealing with residents and resolving issues effectively

• IT literate

• Able to work independently in a lone-working environment

• Willing to work overtime when required
