At City Care Partnership we recognise our Support Workers as more than just a Support Worker you will be known as a Community Access Support Partner, someone who makes a real and lasting difference to the lives of people we support.

You will support people to build independent, meaningful lives in a specialist autism service where relationships, communication and understanding make all the difference. We can teach skills. We can't teach kindness, patience and the desire to make someone's day better.
