Job Title: Contract Administrator

We a very pleased to be partnering with a leading, national architecture firm as they look for a Architectural Contract Admin for their healthcare team. You will be working on a complex hospital addition in the GTA.
Our client is a very well-known, multidisciplinary firm which prides itself on being an ego-free, collaborative company. This role would report into the head of the healthcare and and support on site as well as in-office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee contract administration for multiple projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and industry standards.
 - Conduct site reviews to assess construction progress and resolve on-site challenges.
 - Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors to maintain project efficiency.
 - Review and process RFIs, change orders, and submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
 - Utilize Revit and Bluebeam to review and mark up construction documents effectively.
 - Ensure adherence to Ontario Building Code, construction regulations, and industry best practices.
 - Provide guidance on contract documentation and risk management strategies.
 
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of contract administration experience within Canada (Ontario preferred).
 - Experience in healthcare and hospital projects is a strong asset.
 - Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam is required, candidates must demonstrate expertise.
 - Strong knowledge of Ontario construction laws, building codes, and industry standards.
 - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
 - Experience managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
