Job Description:

Position Overview: The Building Envelope Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, performance, and sustainability of the building envelope systems across our projects. This role involves close collaboration with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement advanced building envelope solutions. The successful candidate will work both remotely and on-site as part of our hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop building envelope systems, including curtain walls, cladding, and window systems.
• Conduct performance analysis and material selection to ensure energy efficiency, durability, and compliance with building codes and standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate building envelope solutions into overall project designs.
• Perform site inspections and provide technical support during construction phases to ensure the implementation of building envelope systems aligns with design specifications.
• Prepare detailed reports, drawings, and documentation related to building envelope designs and assessments.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in building envelope design and construction.
• Participate in project meetings, providing expert insights and recommendations on building envelope matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building envelope design and construction.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and best practices related to building envelope systems.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid working environment.
