Construction Contract Administrator Education, Institutional & Healthcare Projects
Location: East Downtown Toronto
Schedule: 4-5 days in office
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000

They are seeking a Construction Contract Administrator to oversee education, institutional, and long-term care/healthcare projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee contract administration for education, institutional, and healthcare projects
- Conduct site reviews, issue reports, and ensure projects align with contract documents
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve issues effectively
- Review and process RFIs, change orders, and progress draws
- Ensure compliance with Ontario Building Code and industry standards
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in contract administration for Ontario or Canadian projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and site procedures
- Familiarity with institutional, healthcare, or long-term care projects is an asset
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Revit and AutoCAD is a plus
