Construction Contract Administrator Education, Institutional & Healthcare Projects

Location: East Downtown Toronto
Schedule: 4-5 days in office
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000

They are seeking a Construction Contract Administrator to oversee education, institutional, and long-term care/healthcare projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee contract administration for education, institutional, and healthcare projects
  • Conduct site reviews, issue reports, and ensure projects align with contract documents
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve issues effectively
  • Review and process RFIs, change orders, and progress draws
  • Ensure compliance with Ontario Building Code and industry standards

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in contract administration for Ontario or Canadian projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and site procedures
  • Familiarity with institutional, healthcare, or long-term care projects is an asset
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in Revit and AutoCAD is a plus
