We are seeking an experienced Architecture Project Manager with over 5 years of experience in the industrial sector to join our collaborative team.

Job Description:
As an Architecture Project Manager - Industrial, you will lead the design and execution of industrial projects from inception through completion. You will oversee project teams, manage client relationships, and ensure that all project milestones are met on time and within budget. Your expertise will help drive our firm's growth while maintaining the highest standards of design and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee all phases of industrial architecture projects, including planning, design, construction documentation, and contract administration.
• Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Design & Planning: Develop creative and functional industrial design solutions that meet client needs and comply with regulatory standards.
• Budget & Timeline Management: Establish project budgets and schedules, monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct design and document reviews to maintain the integrity of design concepts and technical accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the industrial architecture sector, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
• Certification: Licensed Architect (OAA) preferred or in the process of obtaining licensure.
• Skills: Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of industrial design trends, building codes, and construction processes.
