About the Role:

Are you an experienced tradesperson with a background in site supervision and a passion for overseeing large-scale construction projects? Were seeking a skilled Site Superintendent to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. If you have a proven track record working with well-known General Contractors in Ontario and have the skills to manage construction sites efficiently, wed love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
• Ensure site safety, quality control, and compliance with regulatory and environmental standards.
• Develop and maintain schedules, providing regular progress updates to senior management.
• Foster strong working relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors.

Qualifications:

• Education: College diploma or university degree in a related field.
• Trade Certification: A background as a certified tradesperson is required.
• Experience: 3-5+ years of experience with a reputable General Contractor in Ontario, with at least 1 year as an Assistant Site Supervisor or similar role.
• Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; ability to read and interpret blueprints; thorough knowledge of Ontario building codes and safety regulations & best practice.
