About the Opportunity:
City Build Recruitment is proud to partner with our client, a leading architecture firm specializing in healthcare projects. We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically focused Job Captain with extensive healthcare experience to join their team. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates with 4+ years of Canadian healthcare project experience.
As a Job Captain, you will work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional healthcare designs, coordinate with subcontractors, and oversee technical project aspects. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a remote team environment, has strong Revit skills, and is passionate about creating top-notch healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the project team to design and deliver healthcare projects.
- Use Revit to produce and manage project drawings and documentation.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure that all project documents are technically accurate and comply with industry standards.
- Provide technical expertise during all project phases, from design to construction administration.
- Work closely with senior architects, project managers, and clients to meet project deadlines and goals.
What Our Client is Looking For:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in healthcare design projects, with Canadian project experience being essential.
- Proficiency in Revit and other design software used in the architectural industry.
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to handle complex healthcare projects.
- Excellent coordination skills, with experience working with subcontractors and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work remotely and communicate effectively with a distributed team.
- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations specific to healthcare projects.
