City Build Recruitment is working with our client, a respected architectural firm in Vaughan, to find an experienced Architectural Technologist. This is a great opportunity for a technically proficient professional to work on a diverse range of commercial, industrial, and residential projects.

Our client is known for delivering thoughtful, high-quality designs and offers team members strong involvement across all project phases in a dynamic and collaborative studio environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce fully coordinated working drawings in collaboration with design and production teams.

• Review and approve project shop drawings for accuracy and completeness.

• Provide construction team support and solve technical challenges in real time.

• Coordinate with suppliers to maintain up-to-date product specifications and construction details.

Qualifications:

• Architectural Technology diploma or degree in a related field.

• 5+ years of experience, ideally with commercial and industrial projects.

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit is an asset.

• Solid understanding of building systems, Ontario Building Code, and construction detailing.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

This position offers a salary range of $65,000-$110,000, depending on experience. Flexible work arrangements are available based on project needs.
