**Location:** Toronto, ON (4 Days in Office, 1 Day Hybrid)

**Job Description:**

**Position Overview:**

As a Project Architect specializing in school design, you will lead the design and development of educational facilities from concept through completion. You will collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure that the designs meet the highest standards of functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability. Your expertise in Revit and school design will be critical in delivering successful projects that positively impact the learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead the design and development of school projects, ensuring compliance with educational standards and client requirements.

- Utilize Revit to create detailed architectural drawings, models, and documentation.

- Collaborate with clients, educators, and stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements.

- Oversee project teams, providing guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers.

- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.

- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction aligns with design intent and specifications.

- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.

- Stay updated with industry trends, educational best practices, and emerging technologies in school design.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.

- Licensed Architect preferred.

- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on educational facilities.

- Proficiency in Revit is mandatory.

- Proven experience leading and managing school design projects from concept to completion.

- Strong knowledge of building codes, educational standards, and best practices in school design.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid working environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
