Position Overview:
The firm is seeking an experienced and creative Design Architect to lead and contribute to multi-unit residential projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of exciting developments while advancing your career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for multi-unit residential projects from concept through to design development.
 - Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure design intent aligns with project goals and client expectations.
 - Prepare and present high-quality design concepts, renderings, and presentations.
 - Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards.
 - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
 - Coordinate with internal teams, including project managers and technical staff, to ensure smooth project delivery.
 - Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable design practices, and emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes.
 
Qualifications:
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) and registered with the OAA or eligible for licensure.
 - 5-10 years of experience with a strong portfolio in multi-unit residential projects.
 - Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
 - Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning, and industry best practices.
 - Exceptional design, visualization, and communication skills.
 - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
 - Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and fostering client relationships.
