This is a full-time, permanent position based in Toronto, Ontario.

Our client is in search of an Intermediate Proposal Coordinator who meet the following criteria:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to craft compelling proposals for civic projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and project vision.
  • Coordinate the proposal process, including research, content creation, and formatting, while meeting stringent deadlines.
  • Prepare high-quality written materials, including proposals, presentations, and other documentation, showcasing our firm's expertise and innovative approaches.
  • Manage proposal content databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for future use.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering productive relationships and gathering necessary information for proposals.
  • Assist in marketing and business development efforts, contributing ideas to enhance our firm's visibility and competitiveness in the civic sector.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in proposal coordination, preferably in an architectural or civic-related environment.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and proposal management tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
