What You Will Do:

Leadership Skills:

Design Expertise:

Strategic Planning:
- Market Analysis: Use industry insights and trends to inform design strategies.
- Business Acumen: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest quality.
Client Relations:
- Communication & Negotiation: Build strong relationships, manage expectations, and negotiate project scope and contracts with clients and vendors.
- Client Management: Provide exceptional service that exceeds client expectations.
Collaboration and Networking:
- Business Development: Create and execute a strategy to position the interior design team for growth.
- Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver exceptional design outcomes.

What You Bring to the Table:
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in interior design.
- Registration with AAA as a licensed Interior Designer.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage relationships.
- Expertise in project management, design principles, and understanding of how texture, light, and color interact.
- A compelling design portfolio showcasing your best work.
