What You Will Do:

Design Expertise:

Strategic Planning:

• Market Analysis: Use industry insights and trends to inform design strategies.
• Business Acumen: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest quality.

Client Relations:

• Communication & Negotiation: Build strong relationships, manage expectations, and negotiate project scope and contracts with clients and vendors.

Collaboration and Networking:

• Business Development: Create and execute a strategy to position the interior design team for growth.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in interior design.
• Registration with AAA as a licensed Interior Designer.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage relationships.
• Expertise in project management, design principles, and understanding of how texture, light, and color interact.
• A compelling design portfolio showcasing your best work.
