Our client, a leading multidisciplinary design firm, is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead healthcare infrastructure projects across Ontario. From hospitals to long-term care facilities, your work will directly support environments where safety, reliability, and thoughtful design improve lives every day.

This is a role for a seasoned professional who thrives on complexity, values collaboration, and is ready to bring purpose-driven technical leadership to projects that truly matter.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and execute complex electrical designs from concept to construction.

• Apply innovative thinking to solve unique design and field challenges.

• Recommend improvements to enhance cost, quality, and performance.

• Mentor junior staff and support team development.

• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure success.

• Prepare reports, estimates, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

• Ensure alignment with project budgets, timelines, and compliance standards.

What You Bring:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario (or eligible).

• 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering, ideally within a consulting environment.

• Strong understanding of Canadian electrical codes, healthcare infrastructure, and system integration.

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and electrical load/calculation tools.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Experience in healthcare facility design is a strong asset.
