Our client, a leading multidisciplinary design firm, is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead healthcare infrastructure projects across Ontario. From hospitals to long-term care facilities, your work will directly support environments where safety, reliability, and thoughtful design improve lives every day.
This is a role for a seasoned professional who thrives on complexity, values collaboration, and is ready to bring purpose-driven technical leadership to projects that truly matter.

- This role has succession planning to become a Principal and to run your own sector, leading and mentoring the team
What You'll Be Doing:

Lead and execute complex electrical designs from concept to construction.

Apply innovative thinking to solve unique design and field challenges.

Recommend improvements to enhance cost, quality, and performance.

Mentor junior staff and support team development.

Collaborate with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure success.

Prepare reports, estimates, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure alignment with project budgets, timelines, and compliance standards.
What You Bring:
-
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering.
-
Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario (or eligible).
-
8+ years of experience in electrical engineering, ideally within a consulting environment.
-
Strong understanding of Canadian electrical codes, healthcare infrastructure, and system integration.

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and electrical load/calculation tools.
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-
Experience in healthcare facility design is a strong asset.
