About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Workplace Strategist to join our team specializing in corporate interiors. This is a fantastic opportunity for a mid-career professional with a strong understanding of workplace processes and layouts. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to develop strategies that align business goals with effective and inspiring workplace designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with clients to assess workplace needs, business objectives, and employee dynamics.
• Develop and implement strategic workplace layouts that balance efficiency, functionality, and design.
• Conduct research and analysis on workplace trends, employee behaviors, and industry benchmarks.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input from stakeholders and present strategic solutions.
• Partner with design and project teams to ensure the workplace strategy is integrated into the design process.
• Maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients, demonstrating the value of proposed strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field.
• 57 years of experience in workplace strategy, corporate interiors, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of workplace processes, layouts, and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage with clients.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data into actionable workplace strategies.
• Highly organized, with strong time-management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in workplace analytics tools and design software is a plus.
