Position Type: Full-time, Remote/On-site (hybrid work strategy)

Role Overview:

As a Proposal Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing the pursuit process from start to finish, collaborating with internal experts to develop winning pursuit strategies and delivering compelling proposals that showcase the firm's capabilities. Additionally, you will work closely with the marketing team to ensure all company marketing materials are kept relevant and current.

What You'll Do:

• Review request for proposal (RFP) documents and lead strategy meetings to develop tailored proposal responses.
• Prepare persuasive proposals with strong, tailored content complemented by excellent design.
• Ensure final proposal documents comply with requirements and are submitted on deadline.
• Provide quality assurance checks for proposals and marketing materials.
• Scan public tendering sites for RFPs aligned with the firm's portfolio.
• Create presentations to support the pursuit team during project interviews.
• Assist the sales team in pursuing new business opportunities.
• Maintain and update project descriptions, corporate profiles, CVs, and bios.
• Develop layouts and templates for promotional collateral.
• Collaborate with the communications team on content creation for web and social media.

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of proposal management experience in the Architectural industry.
• Post-secondary education in rhetoric, English, communications, journalism, or related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite is considered an asset.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
• Proven project management abilities in a fast-paced team environment.
