City Build Recruitment is partnering with a leading architecture firm to find an Intermediate Architect with at least 5 years of experience in healthcare or higher education projects. We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can hit the ground running, bringing expertise in project design, coordination, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to the design and development of healthcare and higher education projects
• Prepare working drawings, contract documents, and specifications
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
• Ensure designs comply with Ontario Building Code (OBC) and relevant industry regulations
• Utilize Revit and other design software for project development
• Participate in construction administration and oversee site progress

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare or higher education projects
• Strong knowledge of Ontario Building Code (OBC) and construction documentation
• Proficiency in Revit (mandatory) and other design tools
• Experience coordinating drawings, consultants, and project teams
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
