We are looking for an experienced Business Process Manager to join our dynamic iGaming company. In this role, you will be instrumental in leading and optimizing our end-to-end business processes, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and compliance across our global operations. Responsibilities:
1. Process Analysis & Optimization
- Conduct comprehensive process audits to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for enhancement.
- Develop process improvement strategies aligned with corporate goals and the unique challenges of the iGaming industry.
- Standardize workflows across departments to ensure consistent service delivery and minimize error rates.
2. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, etc.) to gather requirements and feedback on process improvements.
- Coordinate with senior management to align process changes with the broader strategic objectives of the company.
3. Performance Measurement & Reporting
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of process improvements on overall efficiency and business outcomes.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for leadership, highlighting process performance, insights, and actionable recommendations.
4. Technology & Tool Integration
- Identify and recommend software tools, automation solutions, and innovative technologies to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with IT and product teams to design and implement digital workflows that enhance productivity.
5. Change Management & Training
- Develop and deliver training programs to guide team members through new or updated processes.
- Employ change management best practices to ensure successful adoption and minimal disruption to daily operations.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or specialized certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in business process management, consulting, or a related role.
- Proven track record in the iGaming sector or other highly regulated industries is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with process mapping tools, workflow automation software, and data analytics platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Full working proficiency in English is a must, knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese or Russian language is a plus but not a must.
- Strong project management skills; comfortable leading cross-functional teams and handling multiple priorities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain flexible amid shifting business needs.
