In this role, you will report to the Operations Manager and support the daily operations. Your primary focus will be on monitoring the platform's performance, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring the smooth execution of operational processes.

You will also be responsible for supporting incident management and facilitating collaboration across departments to ensure a high-quality and seamless experience for players.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations Support

  • Monitor the day-to-day functionality of the iGaming platform, ensuring stable gameplay and smooth system performance.
  • Perform regular operational checks and help identify potential issues affecting the player experience.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational or platform-related issues on time.

Process & Workflow Support

  • Assist in documenting and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal workflows.
  • Ensure consistent operational practices across departments.

Incident & Release Coordination

  • Support the incident management processes by tracking operational issues and coordinating communication between teams.

Operational Monitoring

  • Track operational KPIs and platform performance metrics using internal dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Support the preparation of operational performance reports and internal documentation.

HQ Coordination

  • Support communication between local operations and HQ functional teams such as Product, Marketing, and Payments.
  • Assist in ensuring local operational requirements are communicated effectively.
  • Coordinate cross-department operational initiatives when required.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, CRM platforms, or reporting dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in iGaming operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, IT, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM, player lifecycle, or online gaming regulations.
  • Spanish or Russian language skills are a plus.
  • Experience supporting project coordination or operational projects.
