As a Head of Gaming Promotion at our company, we expect you to be responsible for:

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and own the games promotional strategy, ensuring alignment with commercial targets and long-term business objectives.
  • Create and manage a comprehensive promotional roadmap, covering monthly, seasonal, and thematic campaigns and tournaments with game providers across all brands.
  • Define and innovate promotional mechanics — local tournaments, jackpots, free spins, and cashbacks — in collaboration with top game providers.
  • Build monthly game positioning plans across all brands and markets to maximize revenue while maintaining strong provider relationships.

Execution & Operations

  • Coordinate new game provider promotional launches across all brands and markets.

  • Collaborate with game providers on co-funded, exclusive, and branded promotional campaigns.

  • Work closely with Product, Retention, Tech, Marketing, and Compliance teams to ensure campaigns are technically sound and delivered on time.

Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor game performance and reposition or remove underperforming titles.

  • Track and analyze promotion performance using key metrics: turnover, GGR, and player participation.

  • Continuously optimize promotions based on real-time player behavior, game performance data, and market trends.

Player Segmentation & Personalization

  • Work with CRM and VIP teams to tailor promotions by player segment and lifecycle stage.

  • Collaborate with acquisition teams on co-funded campaigns with game providers.

Compliance & Responsible Gaming

  • Ensure all promotions strictly comply with regulatory requirements, advertising standards, and responsible gaming policies.
  • Adapt promotional terms and mechanics to meet local market regulations and specific provider requirements.

Leadership

  • Lead and develop a team of games managers focused on specific markets.

Required skills:

  • English language proficiency B2 level or higher, both written and spoken.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the iGaming industry within promotions, CRM and operations.

  • Strong knowledge of top game providers and their promotional tools (e.g., Pragmatic Play's Drops & Wins, Evolution's tournament features).
  • Ability to analyze data and measure campaign performance; strategic thinking to build long-term promotional roadmaps.
  • Deep understanding of advertising standards and promo compliance in regulated markets.

  • Experience working in multi-market, regulated environments.

  • Strong project management skills — ability to lead a campaign from concept to live, coordinating Tech, Product, and Legal teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for working with third-party providers.

  • Experience in player segmentation and personalized promotional strategies.

  • Proven track record in negotiating co-funded or exclusive budgets with game providers.
